absence makes the heart grow fonder...don't you guys think so? hihi yes, i know. i'm very guilty and am aware that i've been neglecting my virtual baby this past week although it was Holy Week. i can't believe i acted like a no-good bum from wednesday to saturday last week! like literally, i only laid around on my bed doing nothing but sleep and watch DVDs. maybe it's because i'm mentally and physically tired from all the requirements and deadlines i still need to meet before ending the term. bummer! i know all of you are already having your summer break while i'm still stuck at school until the 3rd week of April..
it's been also very challenging for me to take outfit shots and update my blog because i just can't seem to find my peg for the day! blogger problems! choz! anyway, enough of my ranting and on to the outfit. recently, i'm definitely leaning to smart casual pieces like the pants i'm wearing. maybe i want to practice myself to dress appropriately for my future job once i graduate! that would be 2 years far ahead but it won't hurt right?
although i was practicing myself to get used to wearing work appropriate clothes, i can't just follow through and so i went for a casual top to contrast my formal bottoms. as you guys can obviously see, i love mixing casual pieces with formal ones which definitely creates the image of a serious woman that knows how to have fun! haha!

work appropriate clothes can be very constricting if you're a fashion lover just like me. i always dread a future where i'll be forced to wear the boring black and white combo. that's why i wish i can have a future work place where i can use my creative juices. somehow, with the course i'm taking, that dream might be so farfetched but we'll never know right?
