what do you wear on a busy day ahead? well i went for the pieces i know would let me be able to move fast and yet very chic at the same time. i relied on my ever so comfortable ankle boots from Tonic, the no-brainer LBD and a chambray to keep my look casual. i love wearing pieces that you would normally wear at night and topping it off with casual ones. who would've thought that the magic of mixing can result in an edgy look like this?
my day was consisted of attending my organization's meetings, a group meeting for a subject i'm taking up and a night out with my mom and her friends. of course, i depended on my "day to night" dressing formula. all you guys have to do is wear something sparkly or with hints of metallics and pair it up with your favorite casual basics and you're good to go!
and with the summer on going, you guys should think of stocking up with neons. found these cute braided bracelets at a bazaar and impulsively bought them. who can say no to these cute babies? they're neon and plus add the splash of color that you need when you're sporting the classic black and white combination.

on a side note, i know my hair's in a big mess in these pictures with my hair color fading and the roots are showing but don't fret! i finally had the time to pamper my crown of glory. had it done last week at my usual salon and cut my hair five-inches shorter. it would be awhile for you guys to see my new hair because i've still got a lot of backlogs to do. but if you guys want to see it, don't hesitate to visit my instagram: @pattyb because it practically records my daily life haha!
