wore this last month when i celebrated my birthday with ze family. surprisingly, i was craving for chinese food and my parents were shocked. although i'm chinese, our kind of food doesn't really make it on top of my list. i'm more of a pasta-curry-ramen kind of girl or typically any food that isn't chinese. haha! i know, it's weird!
since it's summer, i went for something cool by wearing these overused high-waist shorts and a sleeveless sequined top. i topped everything off with a floral blazer and colorful accessories. i know, it's so hot here in the Philippines and i'm actually wearing a blazer when it's summer but i'm actually scared of feeling cold. i'm a girl that prefers extreme heat over negative degree celsius coldness. and besides, we have air conditioned malls to keep me from perspiring.
i'm in love with sequined numbers like these. you can wear them by day and just cover up to keep it day-appropriate and wear flats so you can do errands you need to do. then by night, just slip on some chunky heels & gold accessories and take off the blazer-you're ready for a wild night ahead.

it's finally summer for me and i want to shed a few pounds. i've been gaining weight recently and i don't know if it's because i'm stressed with school work. ugh when i'm stress, i unconsciously put food in my mouth and the next thing i know, it'll all end up in my thighs. so here i am, trying to resist the chips downstairs..
what's your summer goal?
