here's my second and last Christmas outfit post! definitely took advantage of the holiday and dressed a bit warmly even though i'm living in a tropical country. although it was Christmas here in the Philippines, the sun didn't take his vacation. oh i wish i can live in a country that experiences four seasons..just imagine the tons of knits and thermal clothes i can wear!
wore this last December 25, on Christmas itself, since we went to our annual lunch with the whole side of my father's family. ever since i could remember, we always spent Christmas day itself feasting on tons of food that everyone brings. that's why i decided to wear something loose so i can stuff myself without worrying about the aftermath! after that, we decided to go to my mother's side of the family and ate dinner there. Christmas definitely ruined my diet!
now, enough about what i did last Christmas and let's get on to what i wore. i love the print of this polo top since it was classy and bold at the same time. i'm a big fan of the animal print or design trend but don't get me wrong! i'm totally against animal abuse when it comes to fashion! also tried tweed for the first time and can i just say i definitely want to buy more! do you guys know where i can buy anything tweed?
|| Polo top: iCandy (The Ramp, Crossings) || Tweed shorts: Forever21 || Spike flats: Bankok || Ring: Bubbles || Necklace: Thrifted ||
i kept my accessories minimal since there's already a lot going on with my printed top and tweed shorts. i realized as i grow older, i don't excessorize anymore and i'm more attracted to classic jewelry than the ones that make a statement. maybe it's because i'll be turning 20? but it doesn't mean i'll throw my other accessories away! i'll be just using them less than i did before..
it's the first day of classes for DLSU-Manila students today! hope you had a great one! and cheers to the weekend!
P.S. sorry for the pouty picture! i wasn't sane last Christmas :P
