i've always wanted to try long pencil skirts. there's something about them that makes you feel like you are in command and everything will go as plan. or maybe it's just because i see a lot of corporate women wearing these? anyway, i was scared at first because 1. the length doesn't really work to my advantage and 2. my worry is that i would look old.

so in order not too look smaller than the midget that i am, i paired it up with my favorite heels from Charles&Keith. it's one of the most comfortable pairs i've had and it's pink! now, i know my favorite color is yellow, but pink definitely comes second! plus, it brings out the colors of the skirt.
did you guys remembered this post? this is practically one of the instances that i am practicing for the future corporate world. once all of us girls are out there in the real world, it doesn't mean we have to dress boring. we can use skirts like these that's very professional yet very chic. wouldn't it be great if every women can be successful and fashionable at the same time? that would definitely be one of my goals!
