wore this when i was still attending classes and it was kind of chilly that time that i took out this blazer for a day-out. i'm in love with blazers and it's just so sad that it's so hot i won't be able to wear them out for a while..unless i spend the whole day inside a full-blast air conditioned mall.
i played around with different hues of gold and added a pop of red for colour. this colour palette definitely reminded me of my origin. Chinese culture have always associated the colour red to good fortune and joy. plus, gold couldn't be anymore straightforward. it represents wealth and happiness.
plus, the print on the skirt reminds me of the intricate architecture and design i've seen when i visited palaces and temples in China. if you guys can google it, you'll definitely see what i mean!

what do you guys think? is this ensemble a yay or a nay? i can't help but to notice how i've continually grow when it comes to fashion. i used to be so shy when it comes to wearing skirts and shorts because of my insecurities but now, i can't even get enough of them! anyway, i'll save all the memories talk on a different post and end my thoughts here.
btw, my title's from Chris Brown's single. i don't know if it just released recently or i've been living under a rock not knowing it. anyway, it's a good tune because there's a mix of Michael Jackson and i was a fan! you guys should definitely have this song on your ipods.
you're irreplaceable, a collectible, just like fine china
