last year, there was this website that titled me as one of the best dressed people in my university &written a post about me and my style. they asked me some questions like what were my favorite trends or what were the things i love to wear. there was this question that i really had a hard time answering &it was "how do you describe your style?"
in all honesty, i really don't know what my style is. all i know is that when i see a piece of clothing &it gives me tons of ideas of how i could match it with the rest of my closet and how i could wear it, i would definitely buy it. i don't specifically stick to one style like grunge or preppy or normcore. i experiment on everything &if it looks good on me then that's what i'll wear for the day.
but i think most of the time, i'm really girly with my choices. i go for pieces that emphasize my woman figure more than pieces that hides them. it's not to say that i don't have loose clothing in my closet, but i'm saying that even when i wear those, i pair it up with clothes that are more body hugging so there'll be balance. i also love washed out colours more now than the vibrant ones like my blazer which is like an old rose shade.

in my opinion, a style isn't something that you yourself can describe, but something others can. because i have friends that tell me when they shop &see a certain piece of clothing, they actually think of me and say it's my style. so it means that people recognize the way i dress myself &creates an impact on them which i think what fashion is really about. it's about letting the world know that this is you &there's nothing they can do about it.
you got that James Dean daydream look in your eye
