it was a lazy sunday and i decided to drive around and since i still don't have a driver's license, i got my auntie's driver to accompany me. i know, i'm already 18 and yet i still don't have my license. hayyyyy kalerky! anyway it was Chinese New Year's eve so we had dinner at my ama's house. it's an annual thing for our family to do. anyway here is what i wore for driving..

 it might not be obvious but my top is actually shimmery gold since i want to welcome the Chinese new year! i know i was supposed to wear red since i'm Chinese and all but gold is acceptable as well! i think.. :P

went for an oversize top and comfortable jean shorts for a very laid back look and so i can drive comfortably as well. it's so hard to drive and concentrate if i keep on fixing my clothes while driving!

flats are the best driving shoes there will be! since sandals can get stuck with the pedals and heels or wedges will be the death of anyone!

when driving there should be minimum accessories especially rings! that's why when i drive i always take them off. bracelets are okay unless they really distract you from driving.

this is almost how i always look like when i'm driving. i always wear shorts..sometimes skirts.. BUT the most important thing is i'm always wearing something comfortable to be able to concentrate on driving..

i know i'm in no position whatsoever to give some tips on driving since i'm not yet L.E.G.I.T but here are some of my thoughts:

• always buckle your seat belts and lock the doors.
• slow down when it comes to an intersection 
• in blind spots, always stop first before continue on driving
• don't drive when tipsy/drunk
• reaching 100kph does not mean you're already cool!
• ALWAYS, and i really mean ALWAYS, be a defensive driver ( always stop when you know you're not going to make it! don't feel like you're a race car driver!)
