it's been a hobby of ours, me and mom, to drive around and practice our driving skills! we're new drivers so we just can't get enough of the traffic and long drives. I MEAN SERIOUSLY, we've gone to every known place in this world..CHOZ! hindi naman..medj exag pero seryoso and dami na namin napuntahan..we've been to Resort's World, Eastwood, MOA, Caloocan, the Fort and many more. i know it sound like we're wasting gas but what can we do? driving has been such an exhilarating experience for us..
decided to have a break from driving. we stopped at Blue Wave near MOA and had Starbucks. nothing beats Starbucks! ordered my favorite Dark Mocha Frapp. it's just the right combination of bitterness and sweetness plus it has bits that i can munch on!
when it comes to pastas and soups, i always go for Cibo. they have a variety of pastas, from tomato base to cream base. missed eating there!
went to Trinoma to run some errands. we went to buy new window blinds and a new iron because the old one got broken. then i saw these array of Christmas decorations and lights! it pulled me in! can't help myself to take a picture of it because it was really breathtaking. i'm a sucker for Christmas decorations since we don't have any of those and i quote my mom, binabahayan lang daw yan ng mga lamok..:|
tried driving in the rain. rain has been pouring since we entered the month of December. good thing, nowadays, it has been all about sunshine:)
drove to McDonald's to have a very high-cholesterol breakfast but who cares right? hihihi decided to drink their hot chocolate since it was raining and cold that day.
when we stopped by Resort's World, my mom was craving fro dimsum and we saw the dimsum cart of Johnny Chow. it's the first time i saw this restaurant and it had an inviting ambiance to it with its ethnic Chinese interior design. the chairs had different faces on them which was very unique and the waitresses wore colorful wings like neon green which is so unique(sorry for the lack of adjectives)! it's so admirable for this restaurant to try something different! the names of the food were named after books, actors and known places which are funny once you read it.:)
o diba? parang nagfieldtrip lang kami ni mother around the Metro Manila area. hope you guys enjoyed my little stories..
monster appetite<3
