well this is what i wore last February 14, yes it was Valentine's Day. didn't want to actually wear red so i just decided to wear something in gold and glittery. it was the second day of La Salle's University Week and as i've said before me and my friend were in charge of our organization's booth so we were so busy that day. LEAP was also happening that day so we were just so tired after the day ended.

 i wasn't planning to wear this gold glittery skirt at school since i thought it would be too much for just an ordinary day. still, i thought that if i paired it up with something casual it would look foine for school.

it's a saturday today and i'm just trying to relax before i go study for an exam i have on monday. it's going to be my last exam for a while and i would be able to have freedom from school work!

sweet little nothings: those random things that caught your eye

been going out lately during the weekends even i had a lot of tests scheduled. i just couldn't bear the thought of sitting and studying all day! i need to do something different in between so it would hype me up and give me energy to study (choz! gumagawa lang ng excuse ang lola niyo dahil d ko talaga forte and magstudy lang!:P) 

 we had merienda at Mary Grace Cafe in Trinoma. i love the ambiance of that place since it's so warm and welcoming. i also love those notes and letters that they insert under the table..some messages are just fun to read and touching!

 they also have these cute quotes. i always read these kind of stuff when i'm waiting for the food or when i have nothing to say with the person i'm with hihihi

 meet my mom! she was just so sleepy that she had to close her eyes while we were waiting to be served. couldn't help but take a picture of this!

 i had their very delightful and heavenly chorizo pasta. i just love everything about it from the olives to the meat. you guys should visit the nearest Mary Grace Cafe to you and try their pastas and cakes! they're also known for their enseymadas and cheese rolls which always make me crave for more!

 had a sinful midnight snack. my mom brought it home and i just couldn't ignore it. IT WAS SHOUTING FOR MY ATTENTION:>

 if you guys saw my last post, you would see what my nails looked like. me and my mom decided to get our nails done AGAIN at Nails&Co. the people there are so accommodating and friendly. we can always have a relaxing time while they're pampering us! if you guys come across Balete Drive, you'll see this nail salon and i hope you guys can visit the place.

anyway that's what i've been doing last last week:P backlogging still!

finally it's friday again and i can't wait to wake up late tomorrow! it's been ages since i've had a good sleep and i'm just so tired and fed up lately. anyway here's what i wore at the first day of our University Week last February 13. i know, i know..this is an ancient one! still, i felt the need to post it.. take note that i still hadn't side swept my bangs here that's why i look a little bit sabog.

 it's freakin' hot lately but i love this kind of sunny weather more than when it's raining and wet all over which can ruin my shoes (my babies!). this just only means SUMMER'S HERE. get your summer outfits ready because you'll need them with this heat!

just a little side note: bought the top in Greenhills for only P150! i just love great bargains of unnamed brands than overly priced clothes that look the same!

  anyway, although the weather's already too hot for me to handle, i still brought a jacket along since the classrooms in LaSalle are freezing! there's nothing wrong in being prepared so if i were you guys always bring a cardigan along if ever the weather's being fickle. you guys would never know what the weather would be for that day!

 wanted to be playful so i tried alternating the color of my nails. it's the first time i did it and well it's kind of a new thing for me. hope you guys think it's not tacky or cheap at all!:)

i braved myself to wear long sleeves at school with the bipolar weather we're having today. i was actually scared that it would be too hot and would make me sweat on every part of my body! good thing air conditioners were invented and my first class professor always blasts the aircon. believe me when i say i always feel cold in my first class because even with the long sleeved top i was still freezing.

i have a fetish for collared and sheer tops as you guys should observe since i always wear them! i don't know why but when i'm shopping for clothes, my hands always go near collared tops even if they're not sheer. it's a plus if they're sheer! buttoning up is something that i find sophisticated because it's shouts conservative but sexy.

 didn't wear any necklace since the pearl details that's sewn on my top is an accessory already. i wouldn't want to be overly made up so i just wore a ring and a couple of bracelets.

it's still midterms week and i'm supposed to be studying for my midterm in econometrics exam this friday but i just couldn't understand a thing! the professor didn't really explained thoroughly what he was teaching us so what i can only do is jot down notes. wish me luck you guys! i don't know how i can even pass that subject!

no one can escape having a second family made up with friends from high school and college. you will always feel that invisible connection once you guys look into each others eyes. it beats the butterflies in the stomach feeling you get when you're in love because this lasts longer. friendship is something i truly value and i'll always treasure. no matter what happens, friends would never leave you behind even with all the crap you will put them through. i know i'm one of those people that would sometimes make my friends feel bad because of the things i've said and done but i know they would never leave me. i'm so blessed to have a second family to back me up and help me push through every hardship i will be going through so i just want to take this opportunity to let you, my readers, know who are part of my second family:>

COLLEGE BLOCK
ever since i started college, my block has been the only people i hanged out with and talked to. i don't know why but that's just how it is. it's not weird to always be together and having lunch together and making ourselves embarrassed from laughing way too loud because that's how we should enjoy life and i just want to thank my block mates especially rachel, sachelle, stef, gab, grace, dustin, cel, karen, panpan and many others (ui! may special mentioning of the names! haha!) for always making me laugh and going through the stress of accounting and economics together!

 this happened last December 2011. it's so last year and delayed for such a long time! anyway we had fun and too bad we're not complete but it was still worth it!

High School Friends
my real family is my JS fam! well of course they're second from my maternal family but still! we've been friends back in high school but just grew closer when we started college. totoo nga ang sinasabi nila na ang barkada mo nung high school will always be your friends! 

 this happened last January before our sister, Andre (ui sisterette talaga!) left to study in Australia. we wanted to hang out and just relax so we just stayed at home and talked about how our day had been. i prefer this kind of bonding where we just be as loud as we can without disturbing everyone with our palengkera voices and hysterical laughs! I LOVE YOU GUYS:>
